My computer crashed and lost my iTunes music library. However, all of the music is on my iPad. For some reason, I cannot sync the music back into iTunes on my new computer. I've tried iCloud sharing as well as connecting with the USB cable, but I cannot get the music to back up to my computer. Can anyone help?

It has always been basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Have you failed to do this?
If so, then you can transfer iTunes purchases from an iPad to a computer. File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
I do backup the computer but after the crash I realized that my company's backup server only backs up certain file types. iTunes music files is not one of them. I have tried your recommendation previously and it does not transfer the songs back onto the computer. Not sure why not.
You can also just redownload some iTunes purchases in some countries.
