Q: After the 8.3 iOS update rear camera won't work

hi!

After the 8.3 iOS update rear camera on my iPhone 5c won't work: all I see is a black screen, front camera works well. I did try to restore iPhone over iTunes but nothing happened. How can I downgrade my iPhone to 8.2 to fix this issue? Or what should I do?
