Your phone needs a new battery. And it may need other repairs. You have a phone that cannot upgrade to the latest version of iOS, and is also 4 generations out of date. It's time for a new phone. While you can replace the battery with Apple for $79, the phone isn't worth that much. You can probably replace it for a little less at other shops, and even yourself if you are competent with microelectronics repair. It's possible, but not easy, and there's a risk of damaging the phone further.
