I have deleted all duplicate files and it still won't let me drop the tone into the folder
Does it matter if the cover art goes away when I convert it to m4r?
I have decided to delete the entire thing and then redownload, now it copies into and m4r fine but it won't cut the duration from the full length. Yes I have changed the file type and I also closed and restarted iTunes. I have the start and stop checked where it want it to do those things. Also I can no longer create an mp3 files because "They could not be found"

I think this post should help.:
Ok, that helped but when he says to convert to sac files, it only gives me the option to convert to an mp3 file and there is no option anywhere to change it to an AAC file
