Q: how can i rename a document in pages in the firefox browser?

thanks. i tried this several times yesterday, clicking on the name by 'right-clicking' and getting nowhere. today i tried a rapid double "left-click" on the name and was able to edit it. it seems there should be some instructions on the program. i'm also puzzled about the lack of a 'save as' function. the firefox browser on my windows pc does not have a 'save as' option on the file menu. a 'save' and 'save as' icon on the pages program interface would be helpful. maybe i'm just not fluent in apple terminology.
