HELP it is saying that it has sent a link to my email but i havent got one

I wanna Pre order a Movie but it wont Allow it because i have to type in my security questions i made a while ago and have forgotten and when i press it to send a link to my email it says it sent but i haven't Received one Please Help!!!

Unless the email's in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
