I have an iPod Touch which I have been using for 2 years.
Usually, I copied videos or photos from my iPod just by using the disk mode.
Since I've update my iPod to iOS 8, I can't recognize my iPod on my Windows 7 computer.
I've done some research on how to solve this matter,
most of it suggest for me to enable the disk use by using iTunes.
But I cant even find the option. Help!

iPod touch has never supported disk mode and cannot act as an external storage device.
It is designed to be synced with iTunes on your computer. It does not function as an external drive.
