netbiosd and findmymacd processes running

Hi everyone.

I was just curious about running processes in my activity monitor. An hour ago I found out that a netbiosd process was running. The user was "_netbiosd". And it still running.

I have no idea why it is happing, I never connect to any PCs. I was trying to shut it down, but it appears immediately every time I try to end it and its PID boosts.

And then the second strange thing happened.

Suddenly a "findmymacd" process appeared. The user was "root". Though I shut it down successfully.

I would like to know if all that is written above is allright. I believe its ok, but I don't know for sure if these two processes can start running by themselves.

Or am I being hacked right now?

And the last thing: these is a strange flash player activity in the monitor too. There were a few tabs opened in Safari and none of them had any flash content but the PID of flash player process was about 14000.

Thanks in advance. I hope I will get positive answers.
