Legal or illegal?
Is it legal to burn songs onto a disc from my father's iTunes account and then download the songs onto my iTunes account without using the family sharing?

It's a grey area and may differ according to your country of residence.
As far as I understand it, as a general rule, if you and your father live under one roof (the same house), then you are allowed to share the music. But if you live in different households, then what you propose would be regarded as copyright infringement (not allowed).
