My iMac 7,1 (OS X 10.3; 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo; 2GB RAM; 207.46 GB available storage) is mind-crushingly slow in every task. First Aid says the disk is OK. I have already re-installed Yosemite using Recovery. No improvement. What can I do?

Install more RAM in the computer; it can take a total of 6GB.
