Are you looking for the tool to straighten a photo? The straighten tool is now combined with the crop tool, because you need to crop a rotated photo anyway. Actually, this tool has been vastly improved, because it now has an automatic mode, that finds the horizon or the vertical lines automatically.
Hi leonie
Thanx a lot. but when i tried the "Crop" tool i found it works only to 45 degrees rotation.... am i right?
It is right, it is limited to -45° to 45°. But you can first rotate in steps of 90° degrees using the rotate button above he crop tool and then finely adjust the straightening.
got it.
i find this not as useful as the previous option of the "iphoto" - which enabled rotating using scroll-pad alone (even on 90 degrees..).
can i reverse updating???
can i reverse updating???
That will depend. If you did not uninstall iPhoto and delete the iPhoto Library, simply launch iPhoto again and confirm, that you want to use iPhoto when prompted. You may need to update iPhoto to version 9.6.1, if you did not do that before the upgrade.
If you uninstalled iPhoto and deleted the library, revert to your previous version of Mac OS X by restoring from a full Time Machine backup:
