I forgot the password for my iPhone backup on my Mac, please help

Thanks for the advice tough, I tried the keychain too, I didn't save it there either !!

dose the apple support have a feature like others have, for instance "forgot password" that will be much easier to retrieve the firgotten password... I hope I get help here
