What does the text in Console app mean?

Hello,

I am trying to find if someone copied files from my MacBook Pro to a USB. I used the app Console to do so. Below is the text from console that shows some files were copied but I am not able to configure what the text means. Can someone please help me understand what it means and is there a way to know which files were copied to the USB. Thank you so much for your time and help!
