loading sign on top right corner of the screen

I was browsing when I found the loading sign on top right corner of the screen, I usually see that sign on top left of the screen so I got puzzled. Is there something wrong with my iphone (5s) and when i see that sign on top right i cannot see the location service sign. Any idea why this is happening? or any way to fix this issue. I really want to know if my iphone has problem😢 Thank You
