To change iTunes account payment details I need submit old credit card security code, old card was lost and I don't remember this security code - how to change old credit card details to new one?

How are you trying to change the card details ? If you log into your account and select the payment details screen, do you get the 'none' option so that you can remove the old card, and then enter the new card from scratch ?
I log into my account and if I need do any changes I need to submit old card security code first, so I'm trapped.
(I don't know why, but iTunes my old computer recognise as new one & asking me to submit security code first - maybe it is because of update?!)
When I've had a card on my account in the past (though it's a number of years since I used a card) I've had the 'none' option show on the screen. If you go in Settings > iCloud on your iOS device and tap on your id and enter its password, does the 'none' option show on the Payment section there so that you can remove the old card ?
