Changed Apple ID & Family Sharing

My wife’s iPhone and iPad was originally setup with the same Apple ID as mine.

After a while I created her own Apple ID. I then setup Family sharing and she has added apps using her ID.

I have new changed my email address and Apple ID to the new email address. However apps originally installed on my wife’s iPhone and iPad new ask for the password to my original Apple ID but it will not accept the last password used for that ID.

How do I fix this as I cannot enter my new Apple ID and password.
