How can i get my photos back after i erased all content and settings

Okay so i had a Iphone 5c and broke it so they shipped me a new one, And as i was trying to set my new one up the paper said to go to settings and back up my phone and then erase all content and settings from my damaged device, So i did. And for some reason i cant find anything in my icloud account.

How can i get all my pictures back onto my phone but the knew one? Is that even possible? Or can i find them anywhere else? Like how can i restore a back up? I think thats what it is. I just need my pictures back really bad, Any suggestions!? Please help me 😟
