When you held the power button and home button, did you wait until you saw the apple then let go? If that did not work, the next step is to restore your phone through iTunes on your computer. You may have to erase it through iCloud.
Yes I waited, and my phone is not showing up on the iTunes on my computer. What eles I need to do.
