Adjusting playback in iTunes

When I play a music video or song in my iTunes player it plays the next video or song when the video or song I selected finishes. How can I fix this so I can only watch and/or listen to ONE video or song and then stop?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.4.8), Have DVD burner and wireless internet
