Update and my sound don't work sometimes????

HI,

i am Chris from Thailand and would like to know of the update for the iPhone Version 8.1.1.

will it all started when I saw an update for the iPhone showing in my system. The old version That I was using is 7.1.1 I it was great with no problems. But once I download the new version (8.1.1) I cannot change my sound setting and some time the sound disappears when play a video or youtube-ing , I have to restart the iPhone to get the sound back and, even that sometime don't work... Also I cannot down grade to my old version....
