Hello, I am wishing to connect iBooks through my windows iTunes, but I don't know how to.

Hello, I am wishing to connect iBooks through my windows iTunes, which has been downloaded already. However, my iPad is disabled and I am required to connect to the iTunes. I already tried to download books, but it says that it has already being posted to my account, which I believe is my iPad. So please help, I really need to use my windows to connect to my iBooks and read the required books. It's urgent.
