Sync PLAYLISTS on iPOD to new Windows computer!

PLEASE HELP! I have read other posts but I still need help.

I bought a NEW computer that has Windows 8 and the lastest version of iTunes (v12).

I have my iPod nano that I have had for years.
I deauthorized ALL other computers except this NEW computer.

I have transferred all the purchased music. All the songs that I have in my iPod are also in my new computer. All downloaded (not in the cloud).

** All I want is to have the PLAYLISTS exactly as is in my iPod to my new computer.

How do I do this? Why won't it just SYNC, exactly as is?
