kernel panic help!

Hi all,

Im having a problem with mi Macbook pro mid 2012 i7 2,9ghz.

Recently I changed the hard drive (from the standard HDD 5400 rpm 750gb into a samsung SSD 500gb) and ram memory (from 8gb to 16gb from Crucial), with products 100% compatibles with my mac model. Even this, since that upgrade, and the obvious restore of my system and data using Time Machine backup in the new SSD, I'm having spontaneous restarts with almost every app, but specially when I leave my mac turned on from one day to another and I realized that the system started up... or when I start my work the system restarts and reports these kernel panics.
