iPhone5s is bricked after iOS8.3 upgrade

I upgraded to iOS8.3 and it was working so-so since then.

And yesterday, the screen went blue and started to loop-restart. I held the home/power button to restore and restored it. No problem.

But now, it crashed and it's impossible to use it. I retried to restore it but it's not working. Error message: 2000, 2009, 5.

I guess now all I have is to send my iPhone to repair center. It's not warranty anymore, but it's Apple fault... I hope.
