Sync iCloud for the first time.

I have restored my iphone 4s because of a problem. I have connected the iphone to my new MacBook and after the restoration I have synchronized by mistake to the mac but it was empty. So I never have synchronized the iphone to the mac before and when I try to restore all the contacts, images and everything from iCloud it doesn't work.

I have checked through internet that all my contacts are saved in iCloud but I cannot find the way to sync that to my iphone. Every time that i try with iTunes it synchronizes the last synchronization I did last hour when the iphone was empty. Please help me!
