why won't i.pad charge up
My i.pad 2 will not charge, have tried various other chargers so know its not the charger, any ideas anyone ?
iPad 2, Mac OS X (10.7.5), trying to sync from iMac to iPad
Check the port to see if there is any debris causing the 30 pin cable to not make good contact.
Are you getting any charge at all or is your iPad completely dead?
If you have some charge, try resetting: Hold down the home & sleep/wake buttons until the Apple Logo appears then let go & wait until the iPad boots up normally. After that try charging again.
It could also just be that the battery is failing depending on how many charging cycles it has been through. If you can, take it to a Genius Bar & have them run a diagnostic.
