iPhone 4 memory problem

So I've recently just bought 20 GB of memory for my iPhone . Rather than the original five .

Bur it keeps saying I'm running out of space . Is there a way for me to transfer my memory onto my phone instead of iCloud ?

OR can I transfer my apps to the iCloud one ? Please help ..
