Duplicate iCloud accounts in Contacts on my Mac

This is what I have after migrating to a brand new computer. It results in some of my contacts shown in double all under different "iCloud" account with same name. Disabling iCloud contacts will prevent have this double iCloud account contacts ... but will also disable the sync with iCloud. How do I fix this ? It only shows when opening contact on my new Mac. I have no double account under iCloud with Safari.
