That sounds like a scam, phishing or worse.

Please enclose a screenshot or more information.

In general don't respond to any warning that pops up and tries to scare you and asks you to call or allow someone to remotely control your computer.

Is your date and time correct?

Which browser?

If it's Chrome, go up to "Chrome" select "Clear Browsing Data..." and clear histories and content licenses.

Try again.

Could be a security setting.
