Itunes 12.1.2 bug

Hello!

I have a problem with my itunes 12.1.2.

Every time when I plug in my iphone and try to enter "Applications"

the itunes stuck.

I don't know how to fix it.

I understand that iTunes is becoming unresponsive when you connect your iPhone and select the Applications pane. In this situation, I would recommend reading over and working through the Windows instructions located in the attached article to help resolve this issue.
