Having problems arranging random iCloud Drive files from Pages folder?

I have contacted Apple regarding this issue several times who say they have to contact developers in US and, low and behold, I have never heard back from them! Awful service.

Basically, all my files are created in the same way (through the pages application), however, about 1 out of three appears in grey with a message below saying (in iCloud Drive) . These files, I cannot move, not file, anywhere and sometimes I cannot even open them. It's bizarre. (for the avoidance of doubt, the other files which function correctly do not have any message below and are coloured black).

Can anybody advise how to make this files accessible and movable? (see photo attached)
