External Hard Drive not showing up on iMac retina 5K

Hi,

I have an external hard disk WD Passport 500Go. It does not appear on my iMac Retina but it appears correctly on my macBook Pro.

I have already tried several solutions but nothing seems to work :

• Not visible on the finder
• Not visible on disk utility
• Not visible after running the command diskutil list on the terminal
• I tried to do a SMC and PRAM reset but it does not change anything.

Did someone already get the same issue or any ideas to resolve that ?
