i did not get a official receipt...

Hi, please help me I buy in app purchase in brave frontier and I receive nothing but my credits said I purchased something and also I didn't get a official receipt please help me what will I do?

iPad Air, iOS 8.1.2

My emailed receipts sometimes don't appear until the following day. If you have been charged but not received the item then use the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
