After the newest software upgrade my phone started to **** off wifi icon was disabled finally a week later my phone shut off and won't work can't get it past the apple icon

I have encountered the exact same issue, i purchased my iPhone 6 at the start of this year and although restoring the phone to factory settings does work for a week or two, inevitably the the freeze will occur again.
I have now restored it on three occasions and is gradually becoming a very frustrating and tedious task.
1. Restore without restoring a backup - there may be corrupted data in the backup.
2. If never jailbroken/hacked and this continues, take it to Apple for evaluation. There may be hardware damage.
3. If phone has been jailbroken at any time, SOL. This may continue even if jb was "removed", as it can cause permanent damage to firmware.
