I got my macbook today, but...

Hello apple, i got macbook pro retina 13, today , but the problems are the new force track pad is not working.;( specific= i can press 2 times but when i want to search a word, it not working.(i knew how)

2.I thought left and right shift button was long but left shift button is shorter than right, it s uncomfortable. you show that shifts are same!

can u repair this as free as new?
