Someone stole my phone yesterday. Find my phone was activated but they have changed my password and now I cannot use my ID. I don't know how to do now. Is there any option to find the phone? and if not, is there any option to lock it? Thank you.

How were they able to change your Apple ID? It sounds like there's more going on here than just a lost phone. Did you have a passcode on the phone? Did you have your Apple ID stored somewhere in the phone like in Notes where someone could read it?
