MY iPad4 OS7 will not show Messages 'Delivered'. I hear the whoosh so know they have taken off, and the blue line shows them sending, but they don't show delivered. They are hovering somewhere around our planet! I went to settings, turned Messages tried turning off iPad, nothing works. Do I have a bug??
