My phone shows in the settings that all the storage is used. When I delete almost 2hundred photos and 6 minutes worth of video. No storage is made up. I can't download apps or use the camera on my Iphone6.

When you delete photos and videos, they go into the Recently Deleted folder and stay there for 30 days. You have to delete them again from that folder (can delete all) to make space immediately. Did you do that?
I have already cleared out my recently deleted folder and it didn't affect it.
I checked and I should have at least 7 GB of free storage
Thanks Apple community for your 11 views It just randomly switched to 1 free GB. I dont know but i think 3rd party apps were the cause of my problem..
