Can anyone please help me..when i turn on facebook friend recommendations it's having trouble communicating.. it's been so long and keep waiting..and it wont fix..please help! 😐

It seems you are unable use a Game Center feature. Have you attempted signing out and signing back in to Game Center? The following article provides the steps for signing out:
Using Game Center on your Mac or iOS device - Apple Support
iOS: Go to Settings and tap Game Center > Apple ID > Sign Out.
