after updating my 4s software , the wake up screen is uncontrolled and unstable , pls advise

( Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore ) , please be noted that
, itunes did not recognize my iphone when connection to pc ,
.the iphone screen is completely unresonsive
So i cannot restart, reset, or restore.
