I purchased an Iphone 6 and didn't restore my previous iphone back-up when prompted as I started it the 1st time. Now I need to restore my previous phone data and need to know how to do it without losing my current phone data

You can't. If you restore the back up, it will overwrite everything that's on the phone.

You should be able to sync the photos to your iPhone if they are on your computer. Start with this article:

The problem is that I have now two back-ups on the same account, one for my old Iphone 5s one for my new Iphone 6.
With Iphone 5s I was able to copy the pics as if it was a USB, for iphone 6 this is not possible
The iPhone 6 works the same way as the iPhone 5S. Have you read the article?
There is nothing different in regard to importing photos between any of the iPhone models.

You can sync photos from only one computer or user account at a time. If you sync photos with a different computer or user, the newly synced photos will replace the photos you previously synced.
