How to use Apple account without providing credit card
i recently cut my old credit card that was linked to my apple account. Now I can't download anything using that account. how do I use it without providing credit card?

You can use the steps in this article to change your iTunes Store payment method -
Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID) - Apple Support
Note that under some circumstances "None" may not be available as a payment method. If this occurs, see this article -
