Airport LAN ports 2
Airport LAN ports 2 & 3 not working. I can connect directly to the Internet using LAN port 1, but not with other two.
Airport Extreme-OTHER, iOS 8.3
Please make a Genius Appointment and take it in for service.

Since Apple does not repair the AirPort routers, "service" will mean an exchange for a refurbished unit if the device is under warranty or covered by AppleCare.
Otherwise, you could add a 5-port, 8-port, etc Ethernet switch to the working LAN port to provide as many connections as you might need.
