hi i have u1505 ad thing on my mac after my nephew downloaded a programme from the web,now do i remove it ? there own website only shows how to remove from a windows computer any help would be great, apple are more than hopeless at getting me genius bar

just come to the conclusion that macs are actually crap. could have had 5 pcs of the same speck of the price of this netbook
when i want to send an email or post photos to anyone i have to us my old pc as my mac just has a coloured circle going round for half an hour
apple support is worst than rubbish
macbook is now on ebay prefer my 8 year old ACER it does what i want it to do when i want it to do
