iPhone 5 won't connect to Airport Extreme Base Station

After updating to 8.3 (though I don't think it was connecting with 7, either) my iPhone 5 cannot connect to my Airport Extreme Base Station. The phone can find it, but I get an error message stating it can't connect. I've seen literally hundreds of similar posts, but no solutions seem to work, at least that I've found. The Airport Utility on the phone can't find the base station, either.

The Airport Extreme base station appears to be working just fine. My mac, my wife's pc, our printer, and her android phone all connect to it and have complete access to the internet and each other.

Very frustrating.
