Bill pay & Safari

I have tried for over a year to get Safari & bill pay to work at my bank and it just won't. I've tried everything that I've read in regards to this issue but no luck so far. I'm on Yosemite OS. Chrome works just fine for bill pay but I don't like having to keep changing browsers. They said a year ago they were working on it and would have it fixed but as I said this is now 2015 and still not working.

Please help!

What happens when you try? If the bank acknowledged there was a problem, it is up to them to fix it.

I can get into banking and do whatever I want but when I go to bill pay it says my session has timed out, close page. I called the bank and they said it was a Safari problem.

Very likely has to do with the coding for the bill pay mechanism (it needs an update). Unfortunately, not an uncommon issue. Does you bank have an app?

Also, do you have cookies enabled?

It was a cookie issue..my mac was not set to allow all cookies, once I changed it and tried bill pay it worked like a charm. Thank you for the responses. Now just hoping my Mac is not at any security risk.
