software update

Hi all,

i am trying to upload the software to my iphone 5c and it is not possible.

I tried via my phone but there is not enough space.

I tried via i tunes but an error 3014 is blocking the update.

Not only this my i phone is stuck now with the itunes logo in my screen, i restarted the phone many times but the i tunes logo is still there.

Is there any way to unblock my phone?
