iPad Air Wi-Fi 32GB not playing videos after iOS 8.3 update

Hi!

recently after the update to iOS 8.3, I noticed that my iPad Air doesn't play any videos at all.

I Tried going to YouTube, Dailymotion And tried to play videos, but they just end up loading forever.

my wifi speed is around 60mbps and videos used to load very fast.

It loades webpages so I know that it is not a problem with the wifi.
