iOS 8.3 Family Share Approval Problem

Ever since I updated my iPhone 6 to iOS 8.3 I have not been able to approve my family member's app requests. Once I select approve on my phone it just asks me for my password over and over (I've entered it as many as 10 times). I've tried all the normal fixes like logging us all completely off our devices (both iCloud & app store) accompanied by device restarts. All reviews of my settings show that I should not be having this problem. Any ideas?
