Factory reset iPhone because I'm selling it. Some how it still has data on it. How do I completely get rid of this?

I've recently repaired the cracked screen and wiped my iPhone for me to sell, however when I went back into Settings > General > Usage I still have data that's being stored. I don't feel comfortable selling my iPhone with this info still on it. Is there a way to completely remove this data? I've also done Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content & Settings yet this stored data still remains. (see picture for issue)User uploaded file

I have turned off "find my iPhone" and reset through iTunes. Then itunes says "Welcome" I dont sync it. I then go through the actual phone set up with selecting language, wifi, location, etc. Here you have the option to skip Apple ID, passcode and wifi set up (which I skip all) and the phone takes you to the home screen. From there I double check to see if my usage is empty in which brings me here with this problem of data still being there even though there shouldnt be any. I dont even have this iPhone activated with my provider anymore so I cant send messages or make calls yet the data is there when the phone isnt active. Im just really confused as to why after wiping the phone I still have data on it.
